Our therapists integrate a combination of Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu. This allows the therapist to customize the massage in order to achieve maximum results. All of the massage therapists at Athena Day Spa are highly trained, professional, and ready to help minimize stress and relieve sore muscles. Moist Heat and Aromatherapy are complimentary. (We also offer specialized massage such as pregnancy massage, elderly massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology.) Massage stimulates blood circulation, relieves muscular tension and soreness, relaxes the nervous system, removes toxins, aids glandular and organ function, and breaks up fatty deposits and cellulite.

Hydrotherapy Time Capsule
Enjoy the many health benefits of hydrotherapy and color light therapy while you drift away to the sounds of hypnotic waters. The Hydrotherapy Time Capsule treatment includes vibrant Color Light Therapy, Aromatherapy Steam, Vichy Showers and Thermal Contrasting to completely stimulate and detoxify all systems of the body. An a la carte treatment takes approximately 30 minutes or you may choose to extend the experience and add on any of our custom Body Polishes (Full Body Exfoliation), Body Wraps (Detoxification, Hydration or Firming), Scalp Therapies or a Deep Cleansing Facial of your choice.
