Art of Fitness is a newly remodeled, all inclusive fitness facility and day spa, located in the heart of Laguna Beach. Our products are all certified organic and provide great therapeutic benefits.
			Art of Spa's signature scents are lavender and lemon, providing a cleansing and calming oasis.
Guests are welcome to come and enjoy luxurious spa amenities. With several beautifully appointed treatment rooms, relax with a massage, facial, or steam and melt your cares away. Our therapists are highly skilled and offer the best in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Integrated Therapy massage. We also offer Hot Stone treatments, Prenatal massage, and Reiki Healing Therapy. The facility is a few minute walk from the majority of Laguna's hotels, and day passes for the weight/cardio facility, Spin, Sculpt, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Pilates, and Yoga classes, are all available to guests.

The fitness center is the newest in Laguna, with state of the art equipment, a 20 bike spin room, a kick boxing/cardio room, and a Pilates and Yoga studio.

With 15 personal trainers ranging from Pilates Reformer, Core, Kickboxing, Golf, Prenatal, Yoga, and Strength Training, we are sure to meet your fitness needs.

For busy parents, Art of Fitness makes a leisurely work out or spa experience convenient by offering childcare services.

Our Director has a M.A. in Education, ensuring that the childcare room is a clean, safe, and fun place to leave your children while you remain on the premises.

Childcare offered at $5 per hour.
