The weather in Laguna Beach in September is beautiful - plus most of the crowds will be gone! With an average high of 79 and average low of 60 - sounds like perfect weather for a beach birthday party! :D

I've visted Laguana Beach at all times of the year and I've never been disappointed. We're from Dallas and go almost every year there.
