Laguna Beach beach curfew?

I heard that there's a new beach curfew - is this true? And if so, does this mean we won't be able to take late night walks on the beach anymore??

It's my understanding this new curfew does not affect joggers, walkers, etc. Think it's to keep the beach partiers away.

unfortunately because of a few, all of us are have to pay. the city ihas added a 'wet sand' exception which means that you take a direct route on dry sand to the beach. the wet sand means that where the waves had been. so basically, you need to be walking, jogging, close to the water.
