Big occasion coming up and would like to bring my girlfriend to a romantic French restaurant - or any other restaurant in Laguna Beach you might think would be very cozy and romantic. I'm open. Can anyone help me out?

Definitely French 75!! My second choice is the upper level of Watermarc on the balcony. Romance!
