Where are the best beaches to visit? I am planning a trip to fun loving Beach in February.

Laguna Beach has many wonderful beaches! There's Aliso Creek Beach, Crystal Cover, Divers Cove, Victoria Beach, West Beach, Rockpile Beach, 1000 Steps, etc. It really boils down to what you're looking for....skim boarding, surfing, sunbathing, gay friendly, lots of people, pretty quiet, etc ? ?
