Looking for a nice/clean/friendly hotel in Laguna Beach on the water?

Hi,
I'm looking for hotel that is nice, clean, safe, has a friendly staff, has a restaurant for room service and has ample parking (valet parking is fine), on the beach or at least across the street from the beach but without a lot of stairs to get to the beach. I also would like it to have reasonable rates. Any and all suggestions would be great! Thanks!
