Looking for Laguna beach duplex or cottage

My fiancee and I just moved to LAguna Beach from Texas two days ago. We are currently in corporate housing but that runs out in a month. We're looking for a place with a lot of charm and maybe just a little funk (not the smelly kind). If anyone happens to be renting or knows someone who is renting help would be MUCH appreciated.

Please save us from becoming homeless!
