Good morning all,
My family and I (Husband, Father and 9 year old) are visiting in February 28th for three nights. I'm so excited!!! I currently have 2 rooms reserved at the Inn at Laguna but I've been reading reviews that have been negative. Example: Noisy guests/rude staff/dirty. So I'm scared to to stay there. I found a hotel- Laguna Riviera that interests me but I'm worried that it might be a little run down. What is your opinion or other hotel suggestion?
Thanks so much,
Kari:)

Hi Kari, I also am looking for a good place to stay @ Laguna. My mom and sisters stayed on the beach at a private residence that rented out. I will get some info and let you know.

Dear Kari,
The Inn at Laguna Beach is in perfect condition with friendly staff to take care of your every request. In 2006 the hotel operated at 89% occupancy, over 20,000 occupied rooms. Over 95% of our guests responded via comment card they would return to the Inn at Laguna Beach on subsequent visits to the area and they had an exceptional experience. I am confident you would have a stay with us that would create warm and special memories of Laguna Beach. Please contact me personally to discuss your concerns; I would love to assist you in this important decision.
Thank you,
