budget accomodation in laguna beach

Hi!

Im travelling from ireland to laguna beach in late September. Im wondering if there are any budget accomodations available? I cant find anything on the web. Also- is newport beach far from Laguna? Im attending a course there, last minute idea and need to find inexpensive accomodation- even if its camping im cool!

Or, would anybody know of people who would rent out a room for a week?
