Nightlife!!

hey, i am from england and me and my 3 friends are coming over to Calafornia for the summer to work as soccer coaches but we are taking a little holiday before. What is the nightlife like in this area? we are going to be there for 4th of July, any recommendations??????

The 4th of July in Laguna Beach is tons of fun - but can get a little crazy with the crowds/traffic - SO, get there early to get good parking and enjoy all that Laguna has to offer! Main Beach will be the main "scene" but, South Laguna will be hopping as well and is more of a local's hang out - great little taco places, Margaritas, etc. Get there early, get set up, and enjoy!!! :)
